Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit nouriye.com, request a tasting or contact us.

2. Hosting
This static website is delivered by Netlify, Inc., USA, which provides hosting, delivery and security infrastructure and acts as our processor. When you visit the site, Netlify processes technical data in server logs: IP address, time of access, requested page, response status, referrer and browser information. We use this to deliver the site, analyse errors and protect it against misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating the site securely. Log data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
3. Tasting request form
The form asks for your name, your area of interest, what you would like (samples, a tasting in person or a trial order), your city and country and your email address, and optionally your company, role, WhatsApp number and a message. It also contains a hidden field that filters spam. Submissions are stored by Netlify and sent to our email inbox. We use them to answer your request, arrange a tasting, send samples or prepare a trial order. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Samples
To deliver samples, we may pass your name, company and delivery details to a courier or to a local contact of ours who hands over the samples on our behalf. They receive only what is needed for the delivery.
5. Email and WhatsApp
If you write to us by email, our mail provider (Google Workspace) processes your address, message and its metadata. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta). The WhatsApp links on this site only open WhatsApp; nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you click one. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not use browser storage. Fonts and images are served from this site itself; there are no requests to Google Fonts or other external providers. A cookie banner is therefore not used.
7. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Recipients are Netlify and its sub-processors, our email provider, couriers or local contacts for sample delivery, and technical service providers only where necessary. Because Netlify is based in the United States, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).
8. Storage period
We delete tasting requests and correspondence no later than 12 months after our last substantive exchange, unless they become part of a contract or statutory retention periods (for example under commercial or tax law) require us to keep them longer. Spam is deleted as soon as it is identified.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). 10. Supervisory authority
You may complain to a data protection authority. Ours is:

11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
